Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Polartec brand team in Maastricht. As a key member of our European customer service office, you will be responsible for the order processing of international clients and provide administrative and sales support to our customer service and sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively with internal departments to resolve client queries and orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfilling order requests from international clients through SAP, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Supporting the customer service team in managing new material requests and customer file creation.
  • Providing product samples and technical data sheets to clients upon request, coordinating sample shipments and maintaining master data in SAP.
  • Generating sales reports and supporting the sales team in handling customer complaints.
  • Collaborating with production sites, supply chain, and other departments to address client inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Covering colleagues during absences, vacations, or training periods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Administration, Languages, or related field.
  • Strong customer service orientation, organizational skills, and level-headed approach under pressure.
  • Fluent English language skills; French or German proficiency an asset.
  • SAP knowledge beneficial.
