We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Maastricht. This role will be responsible for:



  • Entering quotes and orders in SAP.
  • Providing first contact to customers.
  • Informing customers about the status of their orders.
  • Handling warranty, return, and credit requests.
  • Addressing customer complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc).
  • Taking care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requests.
  • Proactively following up on orders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum MBO+ degree in commercial or logistics.
  • General knowledge of business and work processes (supply chain).
  • Relevant experience in a customer service-related environment or a business environment is highly desired.
  • Fluent Dutch language skills (writing and verbal).
  • Good English language skills and any additional language would be a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of MS-Office.
  • SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge.
