Short Intro and About the Job

Adult Medical Nutrition is will be the fastest growing category for Danone in the upcoming years, being a strategic bet for the company. We aim to drive a step change by building strong medical brands, becoming the brand of first choice for HCP recommendations and being recognized and wanted by patients, caregivers and consumers. For that, our ambition and need is to create distinctive creative brand platforms with relevant content, by leveraging our science & superiority, to all our audiences in a compelling and credible way. It needs to be developed to be adaptable and leverageable at local level worldwide.

For this position, your main responsibilities are:

1) Develop a distinctive Brand Positioning for Nutrison/Flocare based on human tensions/insights.

2) based on validated Brand Positioning, develop a winning creative communication platform, incl tailored messages per target audiences along the funnel.

3) connect dots to motherbrand Nutricia and Oral Nutritional brand Fortimel.

4) Design activation funnel and hero / hub / hygiene contents along the patient journey to support key brand initiatives BOFC, portfolio, new innovation, new evidence.

What do we expect for you, as a Senior Brand Communication & Activation Manager Adult, beyond the above points mentioned:

Strong people (patients, HCPs) centric approach. Passionate Brand builder & capable to connect dots to motherbrand Nutricia and Oral Nutritional brand Fortimel Build target centric and compelling communication to all target audiences Team leader who can work effectively across teams in a multinational environment (globally, locally, internally, externally with agencies).

About You

7+ years relevant working experience (preferably in FMCG for example Waters, EDP or Core Milks) Experience in how to build powerful brands & their communication along the funnel & touchpoints. Showing people centricity with a deep understanding of target audience insights (patients, carers, HCPs). Good communication and knowledge / understanding of the importance of the targeted audience.  Leadership skills and ability to work effectively across teams in a multinational environment (globally, locally, internally, externally with agencies).
