Functie-eisen

AsMedior Management Assistant you will assist ASML and MSO bothinternally and externally. You will assist the managers in aadministrative and organized way, applying proactivity, initiative,discretion and confidentially. Your communication skills areexcellent and you are capable to tackle issues with the requiredaction.

we are searching a ready to start, steadyand calm management assistant for the Financial department. we arelooking for someone who remains calm during busy times and canoversee thework.

Skills:

  • Pro-activeand independent agenda and email management;
  • Arelevant completed MBO 4 education or HBO studies as a managementassistant or office manager;
  • Meetingpreparation and participation;
  • Stakeholdermanagement;
  • Facility services, e.g. floormanagement;
  • Travel and expensearrangements;
  • Projects, events and yearplanning;
  • Pro-actively share information andprovide feedback to others;
  • 40 hours (32negotiable);
  • Dayshift;
  • Professionalknowledge of the English languages;
  • Dutch wouldbe nice.
