Voor een energiepartner voor zakelijke Nederland, zijn wij op zoek naar meerdere Inside Sales medewerkers. Het bedrijf zit gevestigd in Utrecht en is vlakbij Utrecht centraal. Beschik jij over commerciële werkervaring en ben je voor 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar?

wie ben jij

Je hebt een ultieme klant- en servicegerichte instelling en ziet er de uitdaging in om in een dynamische, snel veranderende omgeving te werken. Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt moeiteloos schakelen met verschillende teams (Operations, Finance)én klanten. Je hebt een proactieve, hands-on instelling en neemt graag initiatief.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie beschik je verder over:

  • MBO+ /HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Werkervaring binnen een commerciële (binnendienst) functie;
  • Vaardig met Excel en goede kennis van MS Office;
  • Resultaatgericht en ambitieus;
wat ga je doen

Als Inside Sales Medewerker ben jij de vaste contactpersoon voor klanten die de energietransitie willen versnellen en duurzamer willen worden, terwijl ze tegelijkertijd kosten willen besparen. Jouw primaire focus is om de bestaande klanten te bedienen en de commerciële relatie met hen verder uit te bouwen door middel van up- en cross-selling. Dit doe je door proactief contact te onderhouden met de klanten en hun behoeften te identificeren.

Verdere taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitwerken van voorstellen, opstellen offertes en contracten;
  • Verzamelen en registreren van klantgegevens en up-to-date houden van het CRM-systeem;
  • Voorbereiden van presentaties en klantgesprekken;
  • Voeren van verkoopgesprekken.
