Als Accountant Payables Goods Administration maak je deel uit van de afdeling Finance op het internationale hoofdkantoor van Hunkemöller in Hilversum.

De Accountant Payables - Goods Administration is verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte en effectieve administratieve verwerking en matching van handelsfacturen met geleverde inkooporders en afhandeling van vrachtfacturen in ons ERP systeem SAP. In deze functie ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden van betalingsbatches van geleverde orders.

Formeel rapporteer je aan de teamleider van de afdeling. Je hebt regelmatig informeel contact met je andere collega's van de afdeling Finance, andere afdelingen van Hunkemöller en in het bijzonder de afdelingen Logistics en Buying.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden hebben betrekking op de volgende gebieden:

Verwerken van facturen in SAP. Reconciliatie van ontvangen goederen met handelsfacturen. Bijhouden van stamgegevens van leveranciers in SAP. Voorbereiden van betalingsvoorstellen. Assisteren bij maand-end rapportage activiteiten. Assisteren bij het opschonen van AP-grootboeken; geen ongebruikte contanten, alle facturen en creditnota's tijdig en nauwkeurig registreren.Continue verbetering van managementinformatie, analyses maken en communiceren naar gelieerde ondernemingen.

Om de functie goed uit te kunnen voeren, vragen we het volgende:

Kennis van SAP is een must. Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels. Ervaring met crediteurenadministratie, reconciliaties en financiële operaties. Uitstekende Excel-vaardigheden en computervaardigheden. Ervaring met het extraheren, verwerken en analyseren van ruwe gegevens. Snelle leerling met een 'can do' mentaliteit.
