Functiebeschrijving
De rol zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beheren en laten groeien van het middelgrote en industriële klantenbestand in de bakkerij-industrie in Nederland door het bieden van concurrerende, innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen voor brood en nieuwe categorieën, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van het bestaande oplossingenportfolio en nieuwe lokale en mondiale productontwikkeling. De productielocatie voor bakkerij-ingrediënten is gevestigd in Dordrecht (NL), die de Sales Manager rapporteert aan de Sales Director Nederland.
- Dient als voorbeeld van integriteit en veilige werkpraktijken, en draagt bij aan zakelijke ESG-visie op duurzaamheid;
- Helpt bij het definiëren van commerciële doelstellingen door middel van klantenanalyse en opstellen van commerciële actieplannen;
- Biedt waardevolle marktinzichten en trends in industriële bakkerijen;
- Bouwt langdurige relaties op met klanten en stimuleert samenwerking binnen en buiten het team;
- Bevordert een klantgerichte cultuur en werkt samen met interne teams voor optimale service;
- Is verantwoordelijk voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en levert wekelijkse rapportages;
- Behaalt verkoopdoelstellingen en bevordert omzetgroei met passende prijzen;
- Onderhandelt over klantaanbiedingen, coördineert klantproeven en waarborgt klanttevredenheid;
- Geeft briefings over nieuwe klantvereisten en neemt deel aan beurzen en tentoonstellingen.
Functie-eisen
- HBO-Universitair diploma, bij voorkeur in levensmiddelentechniek;
- 5-8 jaar ervaring in verkoop van bakkerij- en/of ingrediënten;
- Ervaring in verkoop van complexe oplossingen en waardeproposities;
- Bereidheid tot frequent reizen binnen Nederland;
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels;
- Begrip van markt- en zakelijke kansen, met vermogen om belanghebbenden te betrekken;
- Leiderschap in klantontwikkelingsprojecten in lijn met strategie;
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, aanpasbaarheid aan verschillende doelgroepen;
- Ervaring in key-accountbeheer;
- Basiskennis van ingrediënten, enzymen, en broodbak- en productieprocessen;
- Begrip van winstgevendheidsfactoren, voedselveiligheid en regelgeving;
- Sterke verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en passie voor resultaten;
- Klantgericht met passie voor veldwerk;
- Genereren van nieuwe business met focus op resultaat.
