Je stapt in een intensief ontwikkeltraject, waarbij je, na een korte periode van kennismaken met de dienstverlening van de Business Unit en de collega’s, snel aan de slag mag gaan om onze klanten elke dag de ultieme beleving te bieden. Je richt je op de functie van Networking Engineer. 

Als Engineer werk jij elke dag aan de continuïteit van onze dienstverlening. Vanuit de controlekamer heb jij zicht op de IT-infrastructuur van jouw klanten, jij zet gegevens om naar informatie en voorkomt verstoringen door tijdig de best passende oplossing aan te dragen. Jij zorgt voor de ultieme klantbeleving

Je bent leergierig, daadkrachtig, ondernemend en je wilt graag samenwerken in een team. Je bent een gedreven persoonlijkheid en weet van doorzetten, ook als het even tegenzit. Je bent starter op de arbeidsmarkt of hebt tot 2 jaar werkervaring.

Verder vragen wij: Een afgeronde MBO- of HBO opleiding, affiniteit met ICT; Je bent een zelfstarter, neemt initiatieven en neemt het voortouw; Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis humor en relativeringsvermogen; Je stelt klanttevredenheid centraal, zonder daarbij het organisatiebelang uit het oog te verliezen; Je bent communicatief sterk; je weet klantverwachtingen te managen maar ook op de juiste manier te communiceren met je collega’s; De Nederlandse en Engelse taal beheers je in woord en geschrift; Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs (B); Je bent fulltime beschikbaar (40 uur per week) en niet te beroerd om, als de klant het vraagt, zo nu en dan ook bereikbaar te zijn in het weekend.
