The Senior Manager Customer Care Sales Europe oversees Customer Care Europe sales. The job holder leads strategically the revenue growth of Service sales, design of our service products portfolio, its evolution as per customers’ needs. Via her/his team, she/he is accountable on the tactical execution of service opportunities generating incremental service revenues and profitable growth (contract renewals, end of warranty, billables, …).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Oversee Customer Care Europe revenues are aligned with forecast and budget. Provide accurate forecast for current and future sales initiatives; participate to European Customer Care planning efforts and provide guidance during budget and forecast exercises. Ensure proactive and excellence in executing of service contract lifecycle and billable activities management. Gather feedbacks from Customer Facing Associates, design, develop and execute market research and other voice of customer (VOC) programs to understand market trends and opportunities. Contribute or manage key projects/Kaizen related to new services, support product launches and contract renewals and billable processes. Build, maintain and challenge a dynamic pricing strategy that delivers profitable growth. Work with European Regional Sales, Service and Product Leaders and Technical Solutions Managers to define and develop support strategies and service portfolio design. Hire, develop, train Team Associates; ensure team cohesionThe essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience OR master’s degree with 5+ years of experience Solid experience in managing a team and working with cross-functional teams. Seasoned Commercial Leader with strong interest in Customer Care / Field Service operations.
