  • Je beheerst de Engelse taal uitstekend.
  • Je hebt kennis van warehouse processen zoals inbound, outbound en value added logistieke processen.
  • Je hebt uitgebreide ervaring met het MS Office pakket en een warehouse management systeem.
  • Je beschikt over leiderschap skills, waarbij je prioriteiten stelt, risico's afweegt en communicatief sterk bent.

  • Workflow optimalisatie: Je stuurt de workflows aan, analyseert afwijkingen en biedt ondersteuning bij complexe planningen en escalaties;
  • KPI-beheer: Je houdt nauwlettend de KPI's en prestaties van zowel het team als de operationele processen in de gaten, en grijpt proactief in bij potentiële afwijkingen;
  • Leiderschap in actie: Als cruciale schakel tussen de customer service supervisor en je team van 18 collega's, zorg je voor een effectieve samenwerking en prestatieverbetering;
  • Klantgerichte expertise: Je voert efficiënte communicatie met klanten en vindt samen met je team snel passende oplossingen voor elke uitdaging die zich voordoet.
