Inviting applications for the role of  Payroll Administrator – Senior Process Associate - Dutch  - On site Hoofddorp

We are looking for a Dutch C2 level with a passion for handling payroll and related customers’ queries.

Responsibilities

·Answering second line and payroll related questions from managers and business

·Checking all payroll data for a correct and qualitative payroll process

·Processing of personnel mutations

·Executing of CLA related working conditions

·Macro working

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

·Can work very securely

·Has the capabilities to work in a high pressure environment

·MBO / HBO level degree

·Degree “Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie”

·Experience within an organization with multiple CLA’s

·Relevant working experience within HR or/and Payroll

·Stress resistant, full of initiative, service oriented and independent

·Advanced in Excel

·Good communication skills in Dutch and English

Preferred Qualifications

·Degree VPS

·Experience with macros

·GB/Lean certified

·Experience in a retail environment
