Production Oversight: Lead the production and logistical planning and execution process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective manufacturing of our electronic products at scale. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, software engineers, and manufacturing partners to streamline the production process and optimize product quality. Product Development Integration: Leverage your understanding of the entire product development lifecycle to seamlessly integrate production requirements into the design and development phases. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement robust quality assurance protocols to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of excellence and reliability. Testing Coordination: Coordinate comprehensive testing efforts to validate product functionality, durability, and performance throughout the production process. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may arise during the production process, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.Who?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience (5-10 years) in product management or manufacturing operations within the electronics industry, with a strong understanding of mass production processes. Comprehensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle, with hands-on experience in bringing products from concept to mass production. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving operational excellence. Familiarity with quality assurance principles and testing methodologies, with a commitment to delivering products that exceed customer expectations. Passion for innovation and a drive to make a meaningful impact in shaping the future of technology and industry.
