Wat ga je doen?
Als Sales Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de groei, ontwikkeling en prestaties van het team, maar natuurlijk ook van jezelf. Je zorgt voor een gemotiveerd team, geeft trainingen, maakt planningen en bent in staat om je medewerkers te coachen naar betere prestaties. Daarnaast analyseer jij deze resultaten en zorg jij ervoor dat de kwaliteit gewaarborgd wordt. Samen met jouw team verbreek je salesrecords voor de bekendste organisaties. Jullie vieren elke prestatie met een borrel
