Als Reporting en Tax Administrator bij Bertelsmann Nederland B.V. speel je een vitale en dynamische rol in het hart van onze financiële operaties. Je bent de sleutelfiguur in het waarborgen van onze financiële gezondheid en compliance, een rol die cruciaal is voor ons succes op de wereldmarkt.

 

In deze functie bereid en controleer je boekhoudkundige gegevens voor onze periodieke financiële rapportages. Je duikt in de details van materiële vaste activa, loonjournaalposten en omzetbelastingaangiften. Daarnaast speel je een cruciale rol in compliance en controle, waarbij je toeziet op de naleving van internationale financiële normen zoals IFRS 9, IFRS 15, en IFRS 16. Door jouw deskundige controles en analyses help je ons bedrijf om steeds weer aan de hoogste normen te voldoen en onze betrouwbaarheid te versterken.

 

Je bent het primaire aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe stakeholders, inclusief onze internationale teams.

Tot slot, je expertise in belastingaangiftes en fiscale risicoanalyses maakt jou een onmisbare schakel in onze financiële ketting. Je inzet en scherpzinnigheid in het beheren van fiscale kwesties zorgen ervoor dat we steeds vooroplopen in compliance en dat we onze fiscale verplichtingen niet alleen nakomen, maar ook optimaliseren.

 

Wat neem je mee voor de functie van Reporting en Tax Administrator?

  • Je hebt minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • 3-5 jaar ervaring
  • Opleiding in Moderne Bedrijfsadministratie, SPD, HBO Economie  en Recht of vergelijkbaar.
  • Je voelt jezelf een Excel goeroe;
  • Kennis van GAAP/IFRS, Omzetbelasting, Loonbelasting, en Vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse en Nederlandse taal is een must;
  • Heb je daarnaast al kennis van SAP? Dan is dat zeker een pré.
