A Technical Data Analist making the difference
We are looking for a technical customer journey expert (web analyst) with strong analytical skills who can help us to get the most out of our online app and web data. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web analytics and tagging, with experience in digital analytics tooling such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Piwik, or Webtrekk.
You will be part of the team that is responsible for enabling colleagues to use the Adobe stack for analytics and activation purposes across many business and retail products. The team also works closely with external vendors and partners (like Adobe and marketing agencies) to ensure seamless integration of their solutions into our technical infrastructure.
You will work closely with our marketing, product, and IT teams to understand business needs and help translating them into technical recommendations. This includes training end-users, supporting them to set guidelines and implement tagging, as well as ensuring data quality and accuracy. You will help in finding ways to improve data collection and data usage towards a cookie less world. You will share your vision on the best marketing tech stack to enhance personalization at scale.
Your day to day
· Developing and maintaining documentation, training materials, and other resources to support other customer journey experts
· Organize knowledge sharing sessions for our digital analytics ambassadors
· Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in digital analytics and identifying opportunities
· Support end users with tagging, campaign tracking and (complex) analytical questions
· Think of strategies to improve data quality and accuracy
· Work closely with cross-functional teams (like marketing, product, and IT)
· A modern & agile environment
What you bring to the team
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Excellent understanding of digital analytics tooling and tag management (experience with campaign tracking / pixels is a plus)
· Good communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to work in a dynamic environment
· Good ability to speak & write English
