Nou, bijvoorbeeld omdat je dan bij het beste en leukste softwarebedrijf van Nederland werkt. Eigenlijk, niet eens alleen het leukste softwarebedrijf van Nederland, maar zelfs de beste werkgever van Europa (categorie Large Workplaces)
Bij AFAS werken we met 600+ collega’s om meer dan 12.000 klanten te bedienen. Met impact. Voorbeeldje: aan élk brood dat in de supermarkt verkocht wordt, heeft onze software bijgedragen. En elke maand worden er 3,4 miljoen loonstroken met AFAS gemaakt. De grote accountantskantoren, universiteiten, ziekenhuizen: allemaal AFAS. Oké, interessant Maar wat ga ik dan doen?
In 2025 nemen we afscheid van ons softwarepakket Small Business en gaan we verder met de opvolger van dit pakket: AFAS SB Als bijbaner ga jij ons Customer Support team bij dit project versterken en klanten helpen bij de overstap.
Je gaat klanten begeleiden bij het kiezen van het juiste softwarepakket. Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning bij de overstap naar AFAS SB en zorg je ervoor dat klanten snel vertrouwd zijn met de werkwijze van AFAS SB.
Krijg jij energie van contact met klanten en hou je van een leuke uitdaging? Dan is dit echt een functie voor jou Dit heb je
- Hbo of wo denk- en werkniveau.
- Minimaal 20 jaar levenservaring.
- 20 uur p/w de tijd om bij ons te werken.
- Veel enthousiasme om zelf te willen leren én AFAS elke dag een procentje beter te maken.
- Passie voor klantcontact.
Dit kan je
- Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werken.
- Onze klanten goed te woord staan, zodat hun vragen beantwoord worden.
- Nederlands spreken en schrijven.
