- The team
- We have a fantastic, new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader, based in our Netherlands office.
- You will be responsible for developing and managing a new team of 4 to 6 direct reports, to manage all order to cash Customer Fulfilment activities (order placement, billing, dispute resolution) on behalf of local Mundipharma entities across Europe, MEA and MNE.
- Role and responsibilities- Contribute and support the Customer Operations Director with embedding and growing the organizational capability within the Customer Services operations by ensuring that we have the appropriate skills, tools, resources, training and support.-
- Manage a team of 4 to 6 people so the Order To Cash (OTC) processes which includes supply chain, order processing, returns, pricing, documentation management, any associated queries & disputes concerning the supply chain are run efficiently-
- Hires new team members when required.-
- Generates OTC reports and follows up with external and internal customers to resolve supply issues for resolution.-
- Implement the Customer fulfilment strategy roadmap-
- Control adherence to business rules, standard policies and procedures (for process, data and service-
- System and Data custodian for the Customer Services team-
- Facilitate Customer Services cross functions forums- What you’ll bring- Supply chain experience-
- Customer Services experience at an international level-
- People management experience-
- Significant transformation and change management experience-
- Exposure to working internationally with a good understanding of cultural differences.-
