Role Summary:
Deliver world-class operational execution of commercial solutions in line with local account plans and global category strategy as part of the commercial team. This team focuses on the distribution, promotion and growth of the Haleon brand portfolio within the different channels.
Key Responsibilities:
In this team the Shopper / Marketer / Customer Marketer retail:
Helps to build strong in store execution plans for customers and accounts.
Managed the right distribution and visibility of the Haleon brands in the point of sales.
Drives in-store conversion (Shoppers into Buyers).
Leads the POS Development creation process.
Ensures world-class execution and timely delivery of in-store promotional activities to our customers (Owns the promotional calendar).
Evaluates key promotional activities and build on best practices & learnings.
Understands the shoppers' path to purchase and use the key shopper insights to optimize the account plans and promotional calendar.
Support Category Management projects and business partnerships.
Is part of the commercial triangle between Brand Marketing, Sales and Category Management.
BTL budget management.
Proffered Qualifications and Skills:
Master Degree in Marketing Economics or other relevant domain.
1-3 years of experience in trade & shopper marketing, sales and/or brand management.
Fluent in English and French, with at least a basic understanding of Dutch.
Strong communication skills.
Proactive mindset.
Organized and creative skills.
Knowledge of the market in Belgium.
Experienced in transforming shopper insights into strong activation plans is a plus.
