About this role
As a Senior Key Account Manager , you will play a crucial role in expanding and managing key partnerships with grocery, convenience, and non-food retail businesses. You will collaborate with the headquarters of major chains, unlocking growth opportunities, strengthening relationships, and ensuring long-term success on the Thuisbezorgd.nl platform.
This is a high-impact role where your ability to build strategic partnerships, negotiate high-value deals, and adapt in a fast-evolving market will directly contribute to shaping the future of this business vertical.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Growing our network: Id entifying, pitching, and securing partnerships with leading grocery and retail brands.
- Strategic account management: D eveloping long-term relationships that drive sustainable growth and create win-win partnerships.
- Shaping the future: U nderstanding partner needs, working cross-functionally with internal teams, and influencing our long-term strategy for the grocery & retail space.
- Driving innovation: Bringing fresh ideas and solutions to improve partner success, optimize our offerings, and strengthen our market position.
We’re looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven professional who is eager to grow and make an impact.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills: Ability to engage with senior decision-makers at major retail and grocery chains.
- Sales and business development mindset: You enjoy identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic thinking: You make data-driven decisions and develop long-term strategies for success.
- Entrepreneurial approach: C omfortable navigating an evolving industry and coming up with innovative solutions.
- Fluent in Dutch and highly proficient in English: Strong communication skills in both written and spoken form.
