Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Customer Service Representative die niet alleen moeiteloos kan schakelen met klanten, maar ook met verschillende interne afdelingen. Daarnaast zoeken we een kandidaat die:
- Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in de logistiek heeft;
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden heeft in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels (kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt);
- Oplossingsgericht is en een teamspeler;
- Over eigen vervoer bezit.
Als Customer Service Representative ben je een spin in het web. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en collega's. Bovendien heb je een divers takenpakket:
- Klanten informeren bij onjuiste en/of ontbrekende informatie;
- Informatie opvragen intern;
- Transportopdrachten verwerken;
- Meedenken over verbeterpunten voor processen om klanttevredenheid te waarborgen en/of te verbeteren;
- Problemen signaleren en oplossen.
