The Opportunity

Customer Success plays a crucial role at Quantexa, focusing on enhancing customer outcomes and maximizing the value of our technology.

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with expertise in financial crime, fraud, or master data management to oversee a portfolio of 2-3 clients. Your responsibility as the Customer Success Manager will be to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to the customers, collaborating with them to shape a roadmap for ongoing value from Quantexa and identifying potential opportunities for expanding our product in their organizations.

This is a high-level position that demands strong advisory skills.

What You'll Do

  • Develop consultative and trusted relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with customers to define and achieve business objectives using the Quantexa platform.
  • Create an environment conducive to upselling and recognize growth possibilities.
  • Lead planning sessions to ensure clients fully leverage Quantexa's value.
  • Ensure client expectations and value realization are met.
  • Organize best practice sessions to drive user adoption and utilization of Quantexa.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and check-in points with key clients.
  • Identify and target expert service engagements to drive customer outcomes.
  • Gather client feedback to advocate for our clients internally.
  • Ensure customer retention with Quantexa.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • 5-10 years of experience in Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Presales, or client-facing roles.
  • Ability to comprehend business challenges and collaborate with customers to define roadmaps.
  • Expertise in AML, Fraud, or MDM technologies or sectors.
  • Capability to partner with dispersed teams to deliver the best of Quantexa to our clients.
  • Proficiency in handling challenging situations effectively.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills transitioning between strategy and detail when necessary.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Ability to influence customers and guide them through a journey.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Experience in financial services, fraud, or financial investigation.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci.
  • Experience in big data and complex IT initiatives.
