About thejob

As a passionate Backender youwill work on new features that offer our customers insight andcoaching in regards to a healthy lifestyle; It is not only aboutnutrition but also about exercise, sleep and relaxation. Youparticipate in standups and refinements, develop code, write testsand continuously integrate/deploy the solutions. Beyond your ownteam, you contribute to the AH Tech community via Guilds, innersource initiatives, and more. Furthermore, you actively participatein developing a feature-rich product for our Lifestyle app which iscurrently being integrated with our AHapp.

• Everything we buildin the app is scalable, using Azure and Microservices, Kubernetes,CI/CD pipelines.


• We work in amulti-disciplinarian team; with dedicated QA, 2 Backend developers,3 frontend developers (flutter) a UX designer and a Product Owner.

Recipefor maximum impact:

At AHTechnology you'll be working for one of the biggest food retailersin the Netherlands. To be successful as our new backend engineeryou bring:


• A Technology/IT Engineeringbachelor or master's degree, or equivalent 3/5 years of workexperience;


• You know your technologystack: you are experienced in Kotlin and preferably MongoDB,GraphQL, Spring boot.


• Experience inCloud (Azure preferred, but we will get you up to speed if you haveAWS/Google experience);


• Know your wayaround with CI/CD, including test automation integrations andrelease engineering automation (fyi, we use Azure Devops and GithubActions)


• Experience with the DevOps wayof work. You build it, you run it


•Outstanding communication inEnglish.

• An annualsalary up to 90K including holiday allowance and a flexible bonus.Depending on your experience.
