SEB PROFESSIONAL Nederland BV is de leverancier van hoogwaardige, professionele koffiemachines (B2B) voor de merken WMF, Schaerer en Curtis. Vanuit onze kantoren en showroom in Amsterdam zijn vandaag zo'n 70 medewerkers, waaronder een 40-tal monteurs, verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop en serviceverlening aan horecazaken, overheidsinstellingen, kantoren, benzinestations en particuliere ondernemingen.

Onze groeiende onderneming maakt deel uit van Groupe SEB: 's werelds grootste fabrikant van verzorgings-, huishoudelektro en kookgerei, met hoofdkantoor in Lyon, Frankrijk.

Jouw functie :

Doelstelling

Als Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bijdragen aan de omzetstijging en dit volgens opgelegde verkoopstrategieën en vooropgestelde doelstellingen.Je zorgt voor constructieve en duurzame partnerships met bestaande klanten en je gaat pro-actief op zoek naar nieuwe mogelijkheden waarbij je te allen tijde waakt over een efficiënt verloop van het verkoop proces van A tot Z met oog voor optimale service levels. Jouw rayon wordt Midden Nederland: Utrecht, 't Gooi en Flevoland.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

·Je bent het aanspreekpunt en adviseur voor jouw klanten: eindklanten (horeca, kantoren, instellingen,) alsook koffiebranders en (service) partners.

·Je onderhoudt en versterkt de relatie met bestaande klanten.

·Je gaat pro-actief op zoek naar nieuwe mogelijkheden en werft nieuwe klanten.

·Je neemt deel aan events en beurzen waar je SEB PROFESSIONAL met enthousiasme vertegenwoordigt.

·Je stelt offertes op en rondt de verkoop af.

·Je ontvangt klanten in de showroom te Amsterdam en verzorgt demo's waar en wanneer gewenst.

·Je volgt de levering en installatie op teneinde een correcte opstart te garanderen.

Jouw profiel :

·Je werkt goed zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheden op

·Je beschikt over een degelijke commerciële ervaring in een B2B omgeving

·Je hebt affiniteit met Horeca en gepassioneerd door koffie.

·Je bent een teamplayer en jouw enthousiasme werkt aanstekelijk

·Je bent leergierig en pakt de dingen aan

·Je ziet opportuniteiten en denkt oplossingsgericht

·Je neemt graag initiatief en denkt vooruit

·Je bent zeer klantgericht, resultaatgedreven en bouwt probleemloos constructieve lange termijn relaties op

·Je bent zeer communicatief en stressbestendig

·Je hebt van nature uit een technische affiniteit

·Jouw moedertaal is Nederlands met goede kennis Engels
