Als B2B Support Lead** **ben je, als onderdeel van het CRC MT, verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van een team van customer service agents. Samen garanderen jullie een buitengewone klantervaring voor onze B2B-klanten. Je controleert de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, stuurt bij waar nodig en identificeert mogelijkheden voor verbetering. **Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als B2B Support Lead**
- Dagelijkse aansturing van kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve KPI's;
- Dagelijks zorgen voor contact met verschillende afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle operationele aspecten van de klantreis worden gerealiseerd;
- Team building om samenwerking, communicatie en probleemoplossend vermogen te versterken, zowel binnen als buiten het team;
- Continue verbetering opzetten van de klantervaring en hierbij nauw samenwerken met Quality en Operational Excellence teams;
