LRQA operates globally, with a vast number of colleagues, generating substantial revenue, and assisting numerous clients across various sectors.
Role Purpose:
Responsible for ensuring a positive customer journey by providing specialist support in client relationship management. Serving as the primary contact from planning to certification production through to invoicing. Handling a range of activities to resolve complex queries and actively engaging in review meetings with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan visits/activities and handle admin tasks for customer accounts efficiently.
- Prioritize tasks effectively.
- Manage customer planning activities and ensure timely completion in line with SLAs.
- Act as the central point of contact throughout the customer journey.
- Optimize utilization of resources and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
- Provide assistance on planning activities as needed.
- Handle queries related to invoices, certificates, and planning for customer accounts.
- Support timely payments by requesting POs when necessary.
- Collaborate across teams and take charge of resolving escalated customer queries.
- Assist in scheduling for international key accounts.
- Maintain data accuracy in LRQA systems to support service delivery.
- Generate KPI reports for clients regularly.
