- Communicatie en overleg met collega's wereldwijd;

- Schrijven, checken en opvolgen van werkprocessen;

- MBO+ werk en denkniveau;
- Basiskennis van Excel;
- Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een customer service rol;
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal (spreken en schrijven);
**_Een Engelse toets kan deel uitmaken van de sollicitatie-procedure_**

- Een fulltimebaan van 40 uur per week;
- Je ontvangt een aantrekkelijk salaris afhankelijk van opleiding en kennis;
- Reiskostenvergoeding 0.23 cent per km met max van 40 km enkele reis;
- 9% vakantiegeld;
- 24 vakantiedagen & 5 ATV dagen;
- Fietsplan;
- Gevulde market in de kantine waar je verschillende food producten kan kopen.
