As a Support Executive, you will:
  • Manage the Service Desk team and evaluate performance.
  • Handle all escalations related to Service Desk with site SDMs.
  • Oversee all vendors related to Service Desk.
  • Manage SLA's and KPI's monthly.
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly meetings related to Service Desk.
  • Ensure all updates are shared with all Service Desk teams.
  • Create reports from all tools of the service desk.
  • Be responsible for knowledge management related to Service Desk.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Minimum 1-year previous IT Service Desk lead/manager experience.
  • 5 years' experience in IT Service Desk.
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills in ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer handling skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong incident management experience – managing incidents including business expectations and communication.
  • Excellent Excel and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service, analytical, and problem resolution skills.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Manage all aspects of the Service Desk, including team performance, escalations, and vendor management.
  • Efficiently manage SLA's and KPI's and conduct regular meetings.
  • Create comprehensive reports and manage knowledge related to the Service Desk.
  • Effectively communicate and handle customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and incident management skills.
