The Retail KYC & CDD Services Tribe is a dynamic organization within the Global KYC domain.
The tribe is currently focused on improving customer experience and maximizing operational efficiencies, whilst remaining compliant and in control of our risks and processes on a global scale. To achieve this, we recently initiated the Global Way of Working Efficiency and Effectiveness (GWOW-EEP) program.
You will be involved with the continuous development and improvement of the Global KYC Digital Service contributing to socially relevant topics such as Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism Financing, Sanctions and global implementations across 11 Retail countries, affecting 36 million+ ING customers. As such, you will be working with many colleagues from different disciplines, geographies and backgrounds.
What you will do:
· As a Road manager you orchestrate the improvement, planning and delivery of Customer Due Diligence and Screening processes and solutions across the Global KYC organization.
· As a Road manager you make it possible to realize complex changes through short-cycle implementations by organizing the cooperation, coordination and coherence between Tribes, Squads, stakeholders and colleagues. This specialization has a stronger emphasis on influencing rather than on control.
· As a Road manager you act as a single point of contact for countries (primarily starting with DBNL) with regards to the implementation of the KYC global digital platform and its services.
Your responsibilities:
Orchestrate the development, implementation and communication of the Global KYC Digital Service.Create and own roadmaps, manage dependencies and monitor progress between Global KYC, countries and relevant specialist domains.Simplify our KYC delivery approach to relevant (international) stakeholders.Determine the direction of change, together with the Business Executives and stakeholders.Support senior management by enabling the successful start-up, execution and delivery of complex and strategic change.Involve and align the Tribes, Squads, stakeholders and colleagues necessary to organize and implement the change.Bring focus and accelerate business transformation.
What we are looking for:
A team player with the "can do" mentality.Minimum 10 years of project / program management experience, with proven track record in international roll-out of global solutions to various countries. Results-driven with the ability to lead global and local partners and stakeholders to realize strategic and complex change initiatives.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder environment and communicate with different levels of the organization, including senior leaders.Strong organizational sensitivity and analytical skills to be able to understand underlying issues, opportunities and dynamics of the organization, enabling you to be broadly accepted as a sparring partner and advisor by senior stakeholders.Ability to make impact through inspiring and energetic leadership, just do-it, try-it and fix-it.Problem solving by bringing structure and quickly find the core root causes of issues and manage the necessary remediation actions.Extensive knowledge and experience in operations and driving efficiencies.The personality, character and capabilities to optimally function within an Agile environment.Rewards and benefits
