What will your role involve?
Our Retail division is looking for an Account Manager for Benelux to actively engage with retailers, offer valuable insights, and enhance revenue generation within our client base.
Job Responsibilities
- You will cultivate strong relationships with retailers, addressing their daily needs and presenting comprehensive market reviews with insightful analysis to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market and monitor store activities like promotions and store operations.
- Support the Retail team in expanding service offerings to retailers through panel improvements and new product launches.
- Serve industries including Toys and CPG.
Requirements
- Background in Business and Marketing, with experience in quantitative market research or trade organizations.
- Proficiency in data analysis, ideally working with POS Panel data to derive customer-centric insights.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a proactive approach to generating innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in English, Dutch, and preferably French languages.
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Location
Position based in the Netherlands (hybrid work model available).
