- De operationele verantwoordelijkheid van de Rooms kant van het hotel: inclusief Housekeeping en Guest Relations
- Het neer zetten van een optimale guest experience
- Het controleren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden
- Financieel verantwoordelijk voor de Rooms Payroll, voorraad en resultaten van de afdeling.
- Trainen en coachen van jouw junior team
- Zorgdragen voor de veiligheid van het hotel
- Enthousiasmeren en motiveren van jouw team
Onze perfecte Rooms Division Manager;
- Is werkzaam in de hotellerie; heeft minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als Front Office Manager;
- Heeft affiniteit met Housekeeping en Reservations Management;
- Is stressbestendig, kan snel schakelen en weet waar de prioriteiten liggen;
- Is zelfsturend en heeft een proactieve hands-on mentaliteit;
- Heeft coaching skills, is extravert én creatief;
- Is een people manager en in staat om te trainen en een jong team te faciliteren;
- Heeft kennis van Opera.
