Onze Marketplace groeit snel, waarbij we hard op weg zijn om de grootste Marketplace binnen DIY te worden.
Wij zoeken een gedreven professional om ons team te versterken als verantwoordelijke voor ons specifieke portfolio in toegewezen categorieën. In deze rol zul je doelen stellen en bereiken door middel van overtuigingskracht en vastberadenheid. Je zult nauw samenwerken met onze partners, waarbij je niet alleen van hun ervaringen leert, maar ook proactief kansen identificeert via data-analyse en contact onderhoudt met interne teams zoals inkoop- en productmanagers. Je positieve houding stelt je in staat om problemen om te zetten in mogelijkheden, terwijl je ervoor zorgt dat onze relaties altijd worden versterkt. Communicatie is een sleutelwoord in deze rol, waarbij je via e-mail, Teams en telefoon helder en doelgericht communiceert om onze samenwerking te versterken en win-win situaties te vinden.
Je werkt tot slot in een jong en enthousiast team, dat rechtstreeks onder de CEO valt. Dat betekent snelle beslissingen nemen en nieuwe processen professioneel doorvoeren. Naast het verzilveren van de externe kansen, heb je een interne ambassadeursrol. Ook neem je de interne zorgen weg en belicht je de kansen vanuit het ROPO model.
Wie ben jij?Je hebt een open en positieve mindset en hebt een actieve persoonlijkheid die de kansen spot en hier ook daadwerkelijk werk van maakt. Aanvullend heb je:
- Master, bij voorkeur een bedrijfskundige/ marketing/communicatie/economie gerelateerde opleiding;
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring
- Gedeeltelijke ervaring in online/ecommerce
- Marketplace ervaring is een pré
- Affiniteit met DIY;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
Wat bieden wij?
De functie van Account Manager Marketplace bieden we voor 40 uur per week aan. Je komt in een internationale organisatie met een informeel karakter te werken. Persoonlijke ontwikkeling, doorgroeien en een stuk coaching vinden wij belangrijk. Onze Maxeda Academy zal jou hierin helpen. Hybride werken is ook mogelijk,waarbij je de vrijheid krijgt om zelf vorm en invulling aan je werkweek te geven (bijvoorbeeld door deels op kantoor, thuis of op andere locaties te werken).
En verder bieden wij:- Een mooi bruto maandsalaris dat ligt tussen de € 4.000 en de 5.400;
- 24 vakantiedagen op jaarbasis;
- Een uitstekende bonusregeling die kan oplopen tot 20% van het jaarsalaris;
- Een thuiswerk- en reiskostenvergoeding;
- Een pensioenregeling.
Waar ga je werken?
Verdeeld over drie landen werken ruim 7.000 medewerkers voor de Maxeda DIY Group. We hebben 339 winkels en ontvangen wekelijks meer dan anderhalf miljoen klanten. Bij Maxeda maken onze medewerkers het verschil, waardoor onze gewaardeerde klanten centraal staan. De doe-het-zelvers. Ook wel 'makers' genoemd. Dat maken vinden wij bijzonder. Of je iets repareert of iets nieuws creëert; wat je zelf hebt gemaakt geeft doorgaans voldoening. Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat iedereen kan maken. Wij doen ons best om onze klanten te helpen met tips en deskundig advies. Zodat klanten tot iets komen waar ze blij mee zijn, omdat ze het zelf hebben gemaakt. En uiteindelijk weer terugkomen bij ons. En bij jou. Zo bouwen we samen aan een succesvolle en duurzame toekomst.
Je maakt deel uit van het brand new Marketplace team en werkt intensief samen met de Senior Business Developer, Marketplace Manager, Account Manager en Seller Succes Manager.
