Actief meedenken over data-uitwisseling
Jij ondersteunt collega's binnen de hele organisatie bij het binnen halen en uitleveren van data. Je inventariseert hun wensen op dit gebied en voert deze uit volgens de geldende richtlijnen en protocollen. Maar daarnaast valt ook het aannemen, classificeren en prioriteren van toegangsaanvragen voor data onder jouw verantwoordelijkheden. Je registreert service requests, incidenten en wijzigingen. Natuurlijk werken we voortdurend aan het nog verder verbeteren en automatiseren van onze dataprocessen, procedures en ITIL-processen. Jouw ideeën daarover nemen we daar graag in mee. Je bent een belangrijke vraagbaak voor onze collega's om ze te ondersteunen bij de data-uitwisseling en toegangsaanvragen. Je bent ook de beheerder van alle api's die worden ingericht om automatisering op dit gebied mogelijk te maken. Een mooie functie waar je veel in contact staan met collega's uit de hele organisatie en externe partijen om te schakelen over databronnen en de (automatische) beschikbaarheid daarvan.
Het belang van de burger als hoogste prioriteit
Daar staan wij als Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit voor. We vinden het belangrijk dat alle inwoners van Nederland erop kunnen vertrouwen dat er goede en betaalbare zorg beschikbaar is mochten zij dit nodig hebben. Vanuit dat perspectief maken wij regels en houden we toezicht op de zorg. We geven er niet voor niks jaarlijks 100 miljard euro aan uit. Werken bij de NZa betekent afwisselend en soms spannend werk waarbij we elke dag bezig zijn met het waarborgen van passende zorg. En dat samen met aanbieders, verzekeraars, patiënten en cliënten en de politiek.
Het team Informatiemanagement
De NZa wil een datagedreven organisatie zijn waar het toegang verlenen tot data, het binnen halen en opslaan van data en het beschikbaar stellen van data aan externe partijen, gecentraliseerd plaats vindt. Het Dataloket voert deze taken uit.
Met de collega's van functioneel beheer, de businessanalisten, de liaison en informatiebeheer vormen de collega's van het dataloket de unit Informatiemanagement. Samen zorgen wij er voor dat onze collega's van de NZa soepel en met plezier hun werk kunnen doen, waar, wanneer en met wie zij willen. Daarbij zijn wij gericht op de vraag van onze collega's en hen zo goed mogelijk daarbij te adviseren of te helpen. Ook dragen wij er zorg voor dat applicaties up-to-date blijven werken en dat gevraagde data beschikbaar worden gesteld aan onze data-analisten.
