Over de functie

Als Implementation Strategist draag je bij aan het onboarden en wegwijs maken van nieuwe klanten. Je initieert business reviews om de voortgang te bewaken en maakt klanten bekend met de product features van ons online leerplatform en onze dienstverlening. Je werkt nauw samen met het sales team om kansen voor upsell en cross-sell te spotten, en je fungeert als sparringspartner voor klanten en accountmanagers. Je beantwoordt klantverzoeken en deelt proactief best practices en trends in people development.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Onboarden: nieuwe klanten wegwijs maken in ons platform en hen begeleiden bij de eerste stappen.
  • Business reviews: initiëren en uitvoeren van business reviews om de voortgang van klanten te monitoren.
  • Upsell/cross-sell: samenwerken met het sales team om nieuwe kansen te identificeren en te benutten.
  • Klantverzoeken: beantwoorden van vragen en verzoeken van klanten en hen voorzien van de beste oplossingen.
  • Accountplannen: samen met collega's werken aan en implementeren van accountplannen om klantdoelen te bereiken.
Wat we bieden

  • Salaris: €3500 - €4200 per maand op basis van ervaring.
  • Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast. Je komt direct bij de opdrachtgever in dienst.
  • Een functie voor 32-40 uur per week.
  • 26 vakantiedagen bij fulltime dienstverband.
  • Flexibel werken (thuis en minimaal 1 dag op kantoor).
  • Premievrij pensioen.
  • Onbeperkt gebruik van opleidingen.
  • Fietsregeling, laptop en een telefoon- en thuiswerkvergoeding.
Functie-eisen

Voor de functie van Implementation Strategist zoeken wij een strategische denker met een hart voor leren en ontwikkelen.

Jij herkent je in de volgende punten:

  • Hbo- of wo-diploma opleidingskunde, HRM, bedrijfskunde of een soortgelijke richting.
  • Bij voorkeur minstens 3 jaar ervaring ineen vergelijkbare functie waarbij je diverse klantvraagtukken kan herkennen.
  • Uitstekende beheersing Nederlands en Engels.
  • The Dutch language (B2 level) is required.
  • Bewezen ervaring met leerinterventies en leiderschapsprogramma's.
  • Commercieel inzicht en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring in consultative selling.
  • Affiniteit met de dienstverlening van de opdrachtgever.
