Functieomschrijving
Op de afdeling (Key) Account Support heb je een centrale spilfunctie tussen de afdeling sales en klant. Je bent de centrale contactpersoon voor je klanten. Mede door jouw inzet verlopen de processen soepel. De focus ligt op teamwork en proactief handelen en je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het maximaliseren en optimaliseren van de klanttevredenheid. Al met al is het een zeer dynamische en afwisselende job. Je zorgt primair voor de volledig operationele en administratieve afwikkeling van het order-to-cashproces van toegewezen (inter)nationale accounts.
Je bent een echte spin in het web, werkt graag in teamverband en je houdt ervan klanten en collega's concreet verder te helpen. Klantgerichtheid staat voor jou centraal en je bent in staat zaken van de grond te krijgen.
Concreet zijn jouw taken:
- Initieert, begeleidt en bewaakt het complete order-to-cashproces en ziet toe op naleving van de gemaakte afspraken;
- Fungeert als toegewijd aanspreekpunt voor de toegewezen accounts;
- Speelt sales leads door naar de afdeling Verkoop;
- Heeft kennis van het productfolio van de klant en signaleert ontwikkelingen en trends en speelt hierop in;
- Door jouw inzet verlopen de processen optimaal;
- Informeren van relaties over de producten;
- Verwerken van orders en bewaken van het proces.
Functie-eisen
Voor deze functie zoeken we een iemand met een vakbekwame houding en een pro actieve houding. Je bent daadkrachtig, initiatiefrijk en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
Verder heb je:
- Een minimaal HBO werk-en denkniveau.
- Aantoonbare ervaring binnen een sales supportafdeling in grote tot middelgrote internationale handelsorganisaties.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Kennis van een derde taal zoals Duits of Frans is een pré.
- Goede kennis van MS Office en ERP/CRM-systemen.
- Een commerciële instelling en hoge klantgerichtheid;
