Our client is a leading organization dedicated to ensuring compliance, safety, and sustainable practices across various industries. They are looking for skilled professionals with expertise in QHSE management and certification standards to join their team in improving operational excellence and safety culture. Currently, six of the datacenters are certified and they aim to include two additional locations within the certification scope.
*** ISO 50001 Consultant – To implement our existing ISO 50001 energy management system at two additional datacenter locations ***
Objective:
The consultant will be responsible for implementing and improving the existing ISO 50001 management system at the two new datacenters locations. This includes ensuring that energy management processes align with the existing management system and support the overarching energy goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of three years of experience in ISO 50001 management system implementation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with datacenter operations and associated energy management challenges (preferred).
- Analyze the current ISO 50001 management system, identify necessary modifications for implementation at the new locations and creating a documented plan of action.
- Implement the management system at both datacenters, ensuring compliance with ISO 50001 requirements.
- Motivate and engage key stakeholders to actively participate in the implementation process.
- Ensure a seamless integration of energy management practices across the organization (all datacenters), reflecting the necessary changes to the management system.
- Expected results are an adjusted management system, that includes the two new datacenter locations, ready to be certified by a notified body.
Additional Info:
- Availability for three days per week over a six-month period, starting in Februari of March 2025.
- The consultant will have flexibility in scheduling workdays.
- The balance between on-site and remote work can be determined based on project needs and outcomes.
- External audit is expected to be in September 2025, which is the deadline for this project.
