We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Rooms Division Operations Lead (RD Lead) to join our team at Pulitzer Amsterdam. This pivotal role involves leading and collaborating with the team across our two key sub-departments: Front of House and Housekeeping. If you are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a hands-on mentality, this role is perfect for you.
Job Requirements:
- Flexibility: Able and willing to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Ready to assist in other departments if needed.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a leadership role within a Rooms Department (Housekeeping or Front of House).
- Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for the entire shift and able to lift or carry equipment, such as furniture or vacuum cleaners.
- System Knowledge: Familiar with the systems used within the Rooms Division.
- Training Skills: Ability to train and coach team members effectively.
- Communication: Strong English skills to lead a diverse team. Experience leading teams with different cultural backgrounds is an advantage.
