For a large international client, we are looking for a decisive team leader. As a team leader, you will be responsible for all security activities for this client in Amsterdam. From your position, you will ensure that our services are carried out in the most effective and efficient manner possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage security operations for the client, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Translate and implement client guidelines into operational procedures.
  • Make recommendations for improvements, evaluate service quality, and take timely corrective actions.
  • Lead and motivate a small but dedicated team, maintaining high alertness and readiness to act as needed.
  • Communicate frequently in English due to the international nature of the client, while also managing team members in Dutch.

  • You hold an Dutch MBO 2 Security diploma.
  • Do you have an MBO 3 Coordinator diploma? That's fantastic.
  • You have some experience in leadership (extensive experience is not required).
  • You are fluent in both English and Dutch (this will be tested).
  • You possess a h2 sense of responsibility and are decisive in your decision-making
  • Your communication skills are excellent, and you can communicate at all levels within the company.
  • You are available full-time from Monday to Friday for day shifts. In case of emergency: flexible availability.
