Wir suchen einen Junior Account Manager DACH (w/m/d) für eine innovative Organisation, die ein wertvolles Netzwerk für die Top 1000 Unternehmen im DACH-Markt pflegt Sie pflegen das Netzwerk auf verschiedene Weise, wie Abendessen, Veranstaltungen und Online-Inhalte.
Als Junior Account Manager DACH (w/m/d) liegt es an Ihnen, neue Kontakte zu knüpfen, um Ihr Netzwerk weiter auszubauen. Sie bauen ein hochrangiges Netzwerk mit CIO's, CFO's und CEO's auf. Sie werden darauf achten, Ihre Beziehungen mit dem zu verknüpfen, was für sie interessant ist. Natürlich sind Sie auch bei den Treffen (sowohl virtuell als auch live) dabei und wissen mit Ihrer kaufmännischen Einstellung noch mehr neue Beziehungen zu knüpfen. Wichtig ist, dass Sie kaufmännisch orientiert sind und immer nach neuen Möglichkeiten und Lösungen suchen (dafür werden Sie gut belohnt).

Ihre größte Aufgabe ist es, Verbindungen zu den Entscheidungsträgern der größten Organisationen für den DACH-Markt herzustellen. Ziel ist es, die Organisationen zu begeistern, um zu sehen, ob sie mit ihnen an geschäftlichen Herausforderungen zusammenarbeiten können.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Auf- und Ausbau des DACH-Marktes durch Akquisition und Beziehungsmanagement;
- Telefonische Ansprache potenzieller Geschäfte (B2B);
- Anmeldung im Netzwerk über vorgeplante Einladungstermine;
- (Neue) Unternehmen einbringen und gut darauf eingehen können;
- Sie sind auch bei den Meetings anwesend (sowohl virtuell als auch live);
- Kurz gesagt, die Community aktiv halten
Die Organisation befindet sich derzeit in einer exponentiellen Wachstumsphase und ist jetzt in mehreren europäischen und asiatischen Ländern aktiv, was bedeutet, dass die Wachstumsmöglichkeit vorhanden ist, auch wenn sich die Interpretation der Position ändern kann. Da diese Organisation international arbeitet, sind sie außerdem offen dafür, dass Mitarbeiter international arbeiten. Du kannst zum Beispiel nach einem Jahr auch nach Berlin, Stockholm oder Helsinki ziehen, um von dort aus zu arbeiten
Der von mir gesuchte Junior Account Manager - DACH (w/m/d) muss folgende Kriterien erfüllen:
- Mindestens ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium;
- Muttersprache Deutsch und fließend Englisch (Wort und Schrift);
- Angetrieben von Ergebnissen und bestrebt, in Ihren Vertriebsaktivitäten zu wachsen;
- Kommerzielle Denkweise und ergebnisorientiert;
- Vorzugsweise einen Hintergrund in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Gastgewerbe, Kundendienst oder kaufmännischer Bereich.
