De rol:
Rapporterend aan de Senior Specialist Compensation & Benefits ben jij de expert op het gebied van Compensation & Benefits. Als Compensation & Benefits Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van wereldwijde beleidsrichtlijnen naar praktische regelingen op lokaal niveau. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze regelingen zorgvuldig worden ingevoerd, correct worden toegepast en voor alle betrokkenen toegankelijk zijn, terwijl je rekening houdt met de Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving.

Daarnaast speel je een cruciale rol in het up-to-date houden van de CAO van onze organisatie in Nederland en het Handboek Personele Regelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle aanpassingen nauwkeurig worden bijgewerkt en dat medewerkers altijd beschikken over de meest recente informatie.

Als onderdeel van het HR-team draag je bij aan het realiseren van onze organisatiedoelstellingen. Door het consistent en efficiënt implementeren van ons HR Compensation & Benefits beleid, lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan het succes van onze organisatie in Nederland.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Vertalen en implementeren van global policies: Je zorgt voor de juiste vertaling, invoering en monitoring van global policies, met speciale aandacht voor eventuele afwijkingen die nodig zijn voor Nederland. Je formuleert alternatieve voorstellen met oog voor organisatie, systeem en kosteneffecten.
  • Beheer van Compensation & Benefits in CAO en Handboek: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bijwerken en beheren van alle compensatie- en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden in de CAO, het Sociaal Handboek en andere relevante regelingen. Daarnaast ontwikkel je tools, procedures en standaarden om ervoor te zorgen dat deze regelingen op een efficiënte manier kunnen worden uitgevoerd en toegankelijk zijn voor managers en medewerkers.
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan HRBP's: Je fungeert als vraagbaak voor HRBP's en andere HR Centers of Excellence. Met behulp van marktdata biedt je ondersteuning bij vragen over primaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
  • Voorlichting en toelichting: Je verzorgt voorlichting en toelichting over regelingen en tools voor HRBP's en andere HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Oplossingen voor complexe casuïstiek: Je draagt gedetailleerde informatie en richting aan voor oplossingen bij complexe individuele gevallen.
  • Bijdrage aan CAO-overleg: Je levert inhoudelijke bijdragen voor het CAO-overleg, zoals belonings(markt)data, evaluatie van het afgelopen CAO-jaar en voorstellen met adviezen voor specifieke benefits, in samenwerking met de Senior Specialist C&B.
  • Contractmanagement van specifieke benefits: Je voert praktisch vooronderzoek, analyses uit en bereidt voorstellen voor het HR-management voor met betrekking tot het uitbesteden en beheren van specifieke benefits.

Jouw Profiel:

  • HBO/academisch werk- en denkniveau
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Werkervaring in een grotere complexe (internationale) commerciële onderneming.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Standvastig en overtuigend in discussies
  • Gedreven om zaken grondig uit te zoeken en HR analytics toe te passen, terwijl je ook snel kunt schakelen
  • Beschikbaar voor 32-40 uur per week
