Are you an innovative, analytical, interested in business administration-kind of person and are you customer-minded?
We are looking for a co-worker- or graduation intern (HBO or WO) who will strengthen the consultants within the Global Client Services team in the dynamic environment of Client Services.

What will you be doing

Within Client Services Global, we are all customer-minded; the focus is on offering high-quality service to customers. The team consist of a group consultants, who bring structure to improvements and help the Client Services Teams and the Client Services Account Managers to implement continuous improvements. The consultants also participate in complex, strategic and cross-country projects. The team is looking for an intern who can provide support in the daily activities, such as drafting reports, drafting improvements for processes, maintaining a knowledge platform and drafting internal communication messages. All of these activities have a global scope; you are in contact with all the countries in the Global Client Services community.

Your work environment

As an intern you will work within the Global Client Services community, consisting of 19 countries across Europe. You will work in an enthusiastic team consisting of 7 colleagues, who will contribute in fulfilling their purpose: "To service clients to support them in realizing their business ambitions". The pillars of the team are: Implementing the Client Services Operating Model; Ensuring performance optimization; creating high-performing Teams; and driving data-driven decision making. An important aspect in these pillars is maintaining a global community to connect the different countries.

Who are you?
