Internship in HEINEKEN Global Procurement – Corporate Real Estate Services


Are you a graduate student eager to facilitate significant transformations within HEINEKEN? The Business Services Team offers an exciting internship opportunity.

You will be instrumental in presenting a business case to HEINEKEN's CFO.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Global Real Estate Buyer to establish a new Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) Team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Buyer in evaluating, designing, and delivering the CRES Business Case.
  • Map existing processes and design future workflows.
  • Research and benchmark industry best practices.
  • Identify and manage potential resistance to change.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strategize change management activities.
  • Ensure alignment of change management initiatives with overall program objectives and timelines.
  • Co-manage the transformation roadmap, highlighting key milestones and success metrics.
  • Analyze internal data and provide actionable insights.
  • Integrate various data sources for comprehensive analysis.

Internship Terms

  • Full-time internship (4 days a week possible upon consultation).
  • Duration of 5 or 6 months, depending on agreement with your internship supervisor.
  • Must be enrolled at an educational institution.
  • Practice-oriented internship.
  • Internship fee of €500 (HBO/WO).
  • 2 vacation days per month (based on full-time).
  • Full reimbursement of commuting expenses if you do not possess a student OV product.

  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Capacity to influence and drive towards a shared vision or goal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in Change Management.
