Job Duties:

  1. Act as the BP for the supply chain order process, handling order communication, system processing, and related issue resolution for major clients in the designated overseas region.
  2. Track order metrics; analyze performance status; collaborate with the planning and warehousing logistics teams to implement the S&OP process for clients (Sales and Operations Planning).
  3. Manage customer reconciliation, payment collection, and company financial reconciliation for major clients in the designated overseas region.
  4. Maintain daily relationships with market clients in the designated overseas region.
  5. Address routine customer inquiries.
  6. Communicate and collaborate across departments for operational support, coordinating resources to support development in the designated area.
  7. Undertake other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
  8. Be responsible for the logistics efficiency and cost of management area; take active and effective measures to continuously optimize efficiency and save costs

Job Requirement:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, usiness administration, marketing, or economics.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience; proficiency in English as a working language; Mandarin will be a strong plus ,experience with international order management is a plus.
  3. Excellent teamwork and cross-department communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  4. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong learning ability.
  5. Some understanding of cross-cultural communication; knowledge of overseas markets and a strong interest in promoting domestic brands internationally.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with basic data analysis software is a plus.
  7. Rich experience in international logistics tracking is required
