Your Role as Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, You Will Be Instrumental in Our Growth Journey. You'll Blend Business Development and Account Management to Create Long-Term Value for CHRLY and Our Clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Accelerating Growth: Identify and Secure New Business Opportunities in Key Sectors like Finance and Energy, Building Partnerships that Drive Our Success.

Nurturing Relationships: Manage and Grow Existing Accounts, Maximizing Value for Clients while Achieving Upselling and Cross-Selling Goals.

Collaborating for Success: Work Closely with Fujitsu Service Delivery Teams, Account Managers, and Recruitment Specialists to Deliver Exceptional Results.

Driving Excellence: Ensure High-Quality Customer Engagement at Every Step, Aligning Solutions with Client Needs and Fostering Long-Term Partnerships.

Making an Impact: Be a Key Player in Developing Innovative Strategies to Expand Our Reach and Influence Across the Benelux Region and Beyond.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

A Proven Track Record in Sales or Commercial Roles, with a Focus on Business Development and Acquisition (50%+ of Your Role).

Experience in Selling Time and Means or ICT Services (preferably Both).

Skills & Competencies:

Determination, Resilience, and a Results-Driven Mindset.

Exceptional Negotiation and Communication Skills.

Strong Time Management and the Ability to Maintain a Helicopter View of Priorities.

A Passion for Customer Excellence and Building Long-Term Partnerships.

Education: Higher Education or University Degree in Business, Economics, or a Related Field.

Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English is Essential; French is a Bonus.
