Over onze klantOur client is a specialized enterprise operating in the commercial Real Estate sector, primarily focused on consulting the leading side Rental assistance, purchase and sale transactions, valuations, commercial asset management and specialized consultancy. The ultimate goal is to optimize the value and return of their client's Real Estate portfolio.FunctieomschrijvingAs Account Manager, you will:
  • Manage various internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and execute external meetings
  • Prepare presentations to the board after analyzing commercial data
  • Draft and distribute letters and announcements to the respective clients and other third parties
  • Arrange for distribution of lease, monthly/quarterly rent invoice, and welcome book to new tenants
  • Be in charge of the information exchange between project members and stakeholders
  • Assist with the delivery and accurate documentation of projects (of all sizes)
  • Track and analyze developments in the commercial Real Estate sector
  • Follow-up on deadlines and assist with the monthly reporting
  • Present creative Business development strategies


Profiel
  • BA or Msc degree (in Business/Management)
  • 0-2 years of experience in the Real Estate sector or internship experience
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Interest in commercial Real Estate
  • Available on short notice
  • 32-40 hours per week
