European Senior Product Management Expert of E-Mobility - within DC / EV Charging Solutions:


We are actively working with a globally leading tech giant looking for Senior Product Management expert within E-mobility charging solutions to join their growing team onsite in the Hague.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Market Insight & Strategy Development: Analyse industry trends, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to headquarters. Monitor regulatory and market shifts across Europe.
  • Product & Roadmap Planning: Lead product development for DC fast chargers, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align products with market demands.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Huawei in standardisation groups and industry consortia, influencing standards and maintaining industry leadership.
  • Ecosystem Development: Foster strategic partnerships with stakeholders to build a sustainable ecosystem in Europe.
  • Customer Interaction & Marketing Support: Engage with customers, support marketing initiatives, and provide technical support to the sales team.
  • R&D Support & Work Package Management: Collaborate with R&D to define product requirements, manage work packages, and ensure effective communication and innovation integration.


Experience & Skills:


  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Expertise in identifying industry trends and providing strategic feedback to drive new business directions.
  • Customer Interaction & Marketing: Proven ability to interact with customers, provide technical support, and contribute to marketing strategies.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of DC fast charging technologies and industry standards (e.g., OCPP, IEC-61851).
  • EV Charging Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the development trends, regulations, and market dynamics in Europe.


Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (spoken, written, and read) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with EV charging technologies and previous experience in the DC EV charging sector is highly recommended.
