As a Customer Success Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our automation solutions post-project delivery. You'll serve as a bridge between technology and business, addressing client requests, troubleshooting issues, and proactively optimizing solutions. If you thrive in solving complex puzzles, working with cutting-edge technology, and guiding clients toward automation success, then this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tackle Technical Challenges – Collaborate with JSON-based configurations, APIs, and automation tools to drive innovation. While coding won't be your primary focus, you should feel comfortable navigating technical setups and tweaking Python scripts when needed.
  • Be the First Line of Technical Problem-Solving – Diagnose root causes of client issues, make necessary adjustments, or coordinate with developers to ensure smooth resolution.
  • Proactively Optimize and Improve Solutions – Analyze conversations, monitor automation performance, and identify opportunities for optimization or upselling to maximize value for our clients.
  • Guide Clients Through Their Automation Journey – Help clients unlock the full potential of their AI-powered digital employees, ensuring they continuously improve their processes and achieve significant results.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience with AI-Driven Products, Machine Learning, and SaaS – You have hands-on experience with Data Science, (Generative) AI, and Machine Learning innovations and are eager to apply them to stay at the forefront of innovation.
  • Problem-Solver Mindset – You excel at figuring out why something isn't working and know how to ask the right questions to get to the root cause.
  • Technical Curiosity – You should be comfortable working with JSON, APIs, and automation tools, including logs and traces (basic Python skills required).
  • Independent & Structured Thinker – You thrive in fast-paced, self-driven environments where you take ownership of problems and find solutions.
  • Client-Facing Skills – You can explain technical concepts to non-technical clients, making complex ideas clear and accessible.
