Vacature: Customer Success Manager


Voor een innovatieve softwareorganisatie in de buurt van Rotterdam Airport zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Success Manager. In deze veelzijdige rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van jouw klantportfolio. Je adviseert klanten; stimuleert groei; minimaliseert klantverloop (churn); en draagt bij aan procesverbeteringen binnen de interne Customer Success-afdeling. Een rol met veel afwisseling tussen klantcontact en interne optimalisatie.


Organisatie

Het bedrijf telt ongeveer 75 medewerkers, waarvan 45 vast in dienst. Het Customer Success-team bestaat uit zes personen. Samenwerken en elkaar ondersteunen staan centraal, zodat je als team de beste resultaten behaalt.


Functie

Als Customer Success Manager werk je aan klanttevredenheid én het verbeteren van interne processen. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Adviseren en informeren van jouw klanten;
  • Reduceren en voorkomen van klantverloop (churn);
  • Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor projecten ter verbetering van de afdeling;
  • Proactief rapporteren over verwachte omzet, klantverloop, escalaties en ontwikkelingen.


Jouw profiel

Jij als kandidaat kan je in de volgende punten vinden:

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau (een diploma is geen vereiste);
  • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring in een commerciële software- of recruitmentfunctie;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling;
  • Klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en sterk in relatiebeheer.
