You will be responsible for managing local social media strategies, building communities, driving engagement, and executing marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Project Manager to enhance user experiences and growth of your market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies for our clients' products in France, aligning with global and regional business goals.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, influencer, PR, and experiential activations.
  • Brand Growth: Strengthen brand positioning and community engagement in the French gaming market.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and manage relationships with local influencers, gaming communities, agencies, and media partners.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and optimize marketing efforts using data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Event Management: Oversee the execution of local events, tournaments, and trade shows to enhance our client's presence in France.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with global and regional teams, including Product, Community, PR, and Sales, to ensure cohesive marketing execution.



Qualifications and Experience:


  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or tech industries.
  • Deep understanding of the French gaming market, including player behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and partnerships.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media, and PR strategies.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of autonomy.
  • Excellent communication skills in French (native or fluent) and English (proficient).
  • Passion for gaming.
  • Experience working in a global company with cross-cultural teams.
  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine or game development marketing is a bonus.
  • Background in esports, influencer marketing, or community management.



Location: This position is fully remote. But if you are in the Netherlands or France is a plus.
