Ben jij een gedreven Verkoper die houdt van een dynamische en gevarieerde werkdag? Als Sales Representative kom je te werken bij dé leverancier van praktische EHBO-diensten en -producten voor meer dan 375.000 bedrijven en instellingen in de Benelux en Duitsland. Sinds het ontstaan in 1994 profileert onze opdrachtgever zich als één van de meest innovatieve bedrijven op de markt. Met een team van ongeveer 50 medewerkers in Nederland, streven zij ernaar om een Europese speler van formaat te worden. Daarvoor bouwen ze verder aan hun belangrijkste onderdeel: het team. Als Sales Representative ga je dagelijks op pad om innovatieve EHBO-diensten en -producten te verkopen aan een breed scala aan klanten in het MKB. Je werkt in een tandem-constructie, waarbij jij je volledig kunt focussen op de verkoop, terwijl de binnendienst zorgt voor alle administratieve taken. StandplaatsAlkmaar, Amsterdam, Den Haag en Hilversum. SalarisEen salarisindicatie van €2.950,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur. Daarnaast heb je te maken met een ongelimiteerde bonusregeling, Wij zoekenJe beschikt over een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting; Je hebt relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs b; Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; Je bent beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week. Als Sales Representative start je elke werkdag vanuit huis. Je hebt een werkauto van de zaak, die bij jou thuis staat, en een dag van tevoren krijg je je agenda. Zo weet je precies welke bedrijven je die dag gaat bezoeken. Je komt bij allerlei soorten klanten over de vloer, zoals hotels, restaurants, winkels, autogarages en kantoorpanden. Geen dag is hetzelfde Je werkt samen in een goed georganiseerde tandem. Dit betekent dat jij je volledig kunt focussen op de verkoop, terwijl de binnendienst alle acquisitie, administratie en facturatie voor je regelt. Jij hoeft dus alleen maar te doen waar je goed in bent: verkopen Je verkoopt geen standaard EHBO-producten, maar unieke en belangrijke spullen zoals o.a. bloedstollende spray, wespenpennen, insectenspray en meer. Dit zijn wet verplichte producten die bedrijven echt nodig hebben en waar jij het verschil mee kunt maken. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om je werk te doen en bent in dit geval baas over je eigen regio. Het enige wat telt, is dat jij je targets haalt. Via een i Pad kun je makkelijk bijhouden hoe je ervoor staat. Alles is goed geregeld, zodat jij je volledig kunt richten op het behalen van succes Vanuit de organisatie wordt er voortdurend gewerkt aan continue productverbetering, uitstekende service en een hoge klantentevredenheid. Dat geeft jou de mogelijkheid om te excelleren en optimale verkoopresultaten te scoren. Daarnaast is er een hele interessante bonusregeling, waarbij 'the sky the limit' is, oftewel ongelimiteerd. Starten bij deze marktleider op het gebied van EHBO-diensten en -producten betekent starten met een uitstekend opleidings- en inwerktraject. Maar ook na de inwerkperiode gaan ze door met jou te helpen groeien en ontwikkelen. Daarmee zijn er mooie stappen voor je mogelijk om te ontwikkelen richting een senior positie.
