Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde medewerker die voornamelijk als aanspreekpunt gaat fungeren voor een van onze nieuwe klanten in de functie van Medewerker Customer Service / Supply Chain. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Assistant Manager Supply Chain.

Werkzaamheden

  • Het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant
  • Opstellen van korte- en lange termijnplanningen over gereed product
  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van planningen
  • Administratieve verwerking van klant orders
  • Het bijhouden van de voorraden
  • Afroepen van grondstoffen bij klanten
  • Maken van grondstof aanleverplanning
  • Samenwerken met de Senior Customer service employee zodat de grondstoffen op tijd aanwezig zijn
  • Goed contact houden met de medewerkers van logistiek over status van aanleveringen en fysieke voorraad
  • Ervoor zorgdragen dat alle werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling Supply Chain worden uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met regels, procedures en werkinstructies
  • Rapporteren aan klanten (intern en extern) en leveranciers en contacten met hen onderhouden
  • Regelmatige rapportage aan en overleg met de Manager Supply Chain

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bent verantwoordelijke voor het materialen management
  • Zorgdragen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van gereed product door een juiste planning
  • Nauw samenwerken met de ïnbound” medewerker door FP te vertalen naar RM
  • Verantwoordelijk voor goede motivatie en werkomgeving, veiligheid en orde en netheid op de afdeling Supply Chain
  • Zorgdragen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen

Over het bedrijf

Onze opdrachtgever produceert kunststof compounds in een proces waarbij op basis van een recept verschillende soorten kunststoffen en toeslagstoffen worden gemengd en gekleurd. De doelmarkten zijn hoofdzakelijk de automotive/ transportsector (mobility), (consumer) electronics, verpakkingsmiddelen en de bouw.
